Support
Decem is made by one person who also trains clients, so replies come from someone who uses the app every day.
Something broken, something confusing, or something you wish it did? Email and I'll get back to you, usually within a day or two.

A client's remaining count looks wrong
Open the client, then the Sessions tab. Each session shows its status. A completed, no show or late cancel session uses one from the pack, depending on your policy in Settings. Swipe left on a session to change its status, or swipe right to undo it.
The widget isn't updating
Widgets refresh on their own schedule. Open Decem once and go back to the home screen, which forces a refresh. If it's still stale, remove the widget and add it again.
Sessions aren't showing in my calendar
Go to Settings in Decem and check that calendar sync is on and a calendar is chosen. Then make sure Decem has Full Access to Calendars in iPhone Settings, Apps, Decem. Tap Sync now and read the line under it: it tells you how many sessions were written and to which calendar.
Nothing shows up in Google Calendar
Decem writes to the calendars your iPhone knows about, so your Google account has to be added under iPhone Settings, Calendar, Accounts, with its Calendars switch on. Then in Decem Settings pick the calendar named after your Gmail address, not a Decem or iCloud one. Decem can't create a new calendar inside a Google account, so choose an existing one. If the events appear in the iPhone's Calendar app but not in the Google Calendar app, the two are signed into different Google accounts.
How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?
Settings in Decem, then Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
How do I export or delete my data?
Settings in Decem, Your data: export clients, sessions or payments as CSV files that open in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets. Below that, Delete everything removes every client, package, session and payment from Decem and from your iCloud in one tap. Deleting the app alone leaves the iCloud copy in place.
